Information on Individuals in Project certification

Management Consulting, Coaching and Training

Primary certification

The International Project Management Association (IPMA®), as a competency-based leader in project management, provides the IPMA four-level certification (IPMA 4-L-C) System for project, program and project management portfolio. The IPMA 4-L-C system is managed by the IPMA through the CVMB. The 4-L-C system and the IPMA certification rules that support the certification system are applied within each MA participant by the respective responsible IPMA CB.

To ensure the development of the competence of consultants, coaches and trainers working in the field of project management, IPMA® decided to expand the 4-L-C system with a three-level certificate for consultants and trainers, as well as for trainers who work in the field of project management and promote personnel and organizational development.
